Throughout my executive career leading large-scale international Oracle programs, I have had the privilege of working alongside Alex Rabinovich for more than twenty years, and few professionals in the Oracle ERP space come close to his level of mastery. His depth of Oracle ERP knowledge is simply unmatched. As the ERP Manager at Energix, one of the things I value most in a technology partner is the sense that we are not facing challenges alone — and this is exactly the feeling I consistently get when working with Alex Rabinovich and his team. Working with Alex and his team has been one of the most reliable and reassuring professional experiences I’ve had. Beyond the strong technical capabilities, there is a genuine partnership mindset. Whenever we encounter issues or critical situations, I know I can rely on them for real, hands-on support — promptly, effectively, and without hesitation. The help is there when it’s needed most, not just scheduled or formal, and that makes a significant difference in an ERP environment. What stands out immediately is the caliber of the team Alex has built: highly skilled, technically sharp, and consistently up to date with the latest technologies and best practices. It’s clear that Alex invests deeply in developing his people, and the results are evident in both the quality of delivery and the confidence they bring to every engagement. No matter the challenge, this team shows up with practical, well-thought-out solutions. They are responsive, accountable, and focused not only on solving the immediate problem, but on delivering outcomes that are sustainable long term. Alex leads by example — his technical leadership and personal involvement set the tone, and it clearly reflects across the entire team. For any organization looking for a technology partner they can truly rely on — not just for expertise, but for commitment, availability, and a true sense of shared responsibility — I recommend Alex Rabinovich and the CID team without hesitation.
